Curling Etiquette

Curling is a social game.

It is proper in curling to shake hands with all members of the opposing team before each game, introduce yourself and wish them “Good Curling”.

At the end of the game you should shake hands with all members from both teams and congratulate them on a good game. It is also Curling tradition that the winning team purchase the first round of beverages for the losing team. This is best done by each winning player buying for their losing counter part. (ie. The winning skip buys for the losing skip, the winning vice buys for the losing vice, and so on).
